Exercise: Our Priority for Fitness |

As Artie mentioned in the follow up notes on the Final Roundup of 2003 in Pictures page, we started jogging last year. This has continued every other day for Artie, but Margy had a foot injury that prompted her to look for alternative exercises. Sometimes she rides her bike while Artie runs. Look, she can even take pictures while she rides! | |

This is a nice way to see the neighborhood, especially on weekends when it is quiet. |

It's an urban scooter! It's fun to ride it on the smooth marble floors in our apartment. |

| Another indoor activity which Margy is now doing 3 days a week with Monica is an aerobic workout in the heated pool downstairs in our building. They spend at least 30 minutes in a vigorous workout after she does some strength work on the machine. | ![]() |

| Margy also has continued doing her daily routine of back and general conditioning exercises in the apartment to keep flexible and in good shape. | ||

Back on our feet, we enjoy taking walks through the neighborhood and farther afield exploring other parts of this beautiful city. We feel good and we are working at it to keep feeling fit! |
