Bibba Spencer's Visit |
|
November 17 to December 4, 2003 |
| We kept up a hectic schedule while Margy's sister was visiting us. These are only a few of many pictures we took and from only a few of the many activities. Two additional pictures can be found in our Final Roundup of 2003 in Pictures. |
| After lunch one day with Maria Elena and Franz Horn, we visited their Farm. | ||
![]() Just one area of this delightful place is the huge pen with rheas, peafowl and even a few colorful roosters. The male rheas are the ones who sit on the nests and then raise the young chicks. We also saw many acres of grape vines, avocados, kiwis, plums, apricots, nectarines and walnut trees, plus parrots, horses, dogs, fish and ferrets. |

Later that same night, we flew to Buenos Aires for a long weekend. While they were out shopping that first morning, Artie took this shot of Bibba and Mónica trying to get across the widest street in the world in a single light. I was taking a nap at the time, in order to stay awake for the Tango show that night, but I think they had to wait for the next light to make it across! |
